Yes, ChronoBeat.co welcomes customers from all over the world. You can make an order to any country, as long as established and trusted courier companies that we use (DHL, FedEx and UPS) are operating in it.  

Normally, you can expect your watch to arrive within up to 7 working days from the moment when payment is cleared.

Product information

The definition of a “pre-owned watch” is simple: any watch that has had a previous owner. For example, even if a watch is virtually “brand new” and simply an unwanted gif it is still considered a “pre-owned”.

We deal only in authentic watches and every single watch undergoes authentication procedure. Besides having in-house watch experts, we have established relationships with top experts in the field: jewelers, dealers, always third-party sources who are totally impartial and well-respected in the industry.

Yes, all product photos that you see on the website are real and done in-house. To ensure maximum transparency we do not retouch our photos with such tools as photoshop - we use only raw, unedited photos (only compressed to reduce the size of an image).

Payment

We are currently accepting bank-to-bank wire transfers only.

We are soon going to expand our payment options to include Credit Cards and PayPal.

Yes, all orders include an invoice.

ChronoBeat.co website uses carefully selected industry best secured payment solution. We have no access to confidential information provided by customers whilst making payment and it is stored with the payment provider with accordance to international payment regulations and data practices.

Unfortunately, the watch can not be delivered without full payment being made beforehand.

You can only reserve the watch if you express a clear commitment to purchase it and need additional time to arrange payment. It is also possible to reserve a watch prior to any kind of commitment at a fee of $100.00 for a maximum of 10 days. In case if the reservation is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.

All our watches come with free shipping

When importing goods into your country, you may owe customs duties and import taxes. These are charged by the responsible customs authority and must be paid as soon as the item has reached its destination country. For more information, please contact your customs authority.

The responsible customs authority charges any duties and taxes, which are due as soon as the item has reached its destination country. In most cases, you will pay any duties and taxes owed to the delivery service at the time of delivery.

Delivery

We are using courier services of established and trusted international courier companies, such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. 

All our watches come with free shipping

It takes 1-2 working days for order processing plus 5-7 working days for the actual delivery from the moment when the payment is cleared.

It takes us 1 to 2 working days to process the order (invoices, warranty documents, wrapping) and hand it over to the courier company for the actual delivery/shipping.

Yes, watches are insured for their full value during shipping.

Warranty

We are providing a free 6 months international technical warranty for the watches from our "Modern" collection range and 3-months for the watches from "Vintage" collection. 

We will resolve any technical issues as soon as possible and reimburse your shipping costs.

Our complimentary warranty covers defects due to faulty workmanship, subject to normal conditions of day-by-day use. Due to age, value and often fragile design, certain limitations are applied according to warranty section of our Terms & Conditions. Among them are:

Humidity damage - we can not guarantee any kind of water or humidity resistance. Even those timepieces that were engineered as waterproof (like for example Rolex Datejust) and then properly serviced by our in-house watchmakers replacing all the seals do not have warranty against humidity damage. In other words, you should not dive, swim, work with water, walk under heavy rain with uncovered watch etc. Serious sweating during sports activity or severely hot weather may also present certain risk for older watches with snap-on casebacks.

Sports activity / Shock impact - Many watches from the 40-s and older do not have shock protection devices. It means that significant shock impact or vibration can damage fragile and what more important very hard-to-find parts of the escapement. You can see if the watch you are interested in is shock-proof in the Movement section of the description. Warranty doesn't cover any damages caused by unusual shock or vibration impacts.

Timekeeping limitations - we guarantee that the watch is working and adjusted to its' best if we performed the service. However, given the age and design of certain movements range of timekeeping accuracy may differ. For example Rolex chronometers after our service and adjustment run according to COSC specs, while average chronograph with serviced and adjusted Valjoux 22 movement may show difference up to +/- 15 seconds a day, depending on conditions of use. Even though we are trying our best to achieve best results during service and adjustment, timekeeping can’t be guaranteed, as it may naturally vary a lot due to multiple circumstances (like way of use, temperature, humidity, wear of original movement parts, etc).

Temperature and chemical impact

Unfortunately, such issues are not covered by our warranty.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to reimburse you if you have repaired the watch at any other workshop except our in-house watchmakers and partners.

Returns & Refunds

You always have 14 calendar days since delivery has been confirmed to inspect the watch and understand if you love it or not. We will issue a full refund within maximum 10 working days after the watch is safely returned to us in the very same condition and set of delivery. Unfortunately, initial shipping costs, importing fees (if such were incurred) and returning costs cannot be reimbursed.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Please note that it can cost up to $300.00 to ship a return item due to mandatory insurance coverage.
