These Terms and Conditions apply to www.chronobeat.co, referred to as the “Company”, “Website” or the “Site”. The Site is owner and operated by Chrono Beat Watches FZC, its subsidiaries, agents, and/or affiliates (“Chrono Beat”). Throughout the Website, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” “Chronobeat”, “Chrono Beat” or “chronobeat.co" refers to Chrono Beat Watches FZC. Chronobeat offers this Website, including all information, tools and services available from this Website, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
 

Price and Payment 

The price of the products will be set out in our online system that is specific for your order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you. The prices quoted on our website are in United States Dollars. You will be responsible for the exchange rate to other currencies and you are advised that refunds may be affected by such exchange rate.
Our website contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that: where we are providing products to you, you must make payment for products in advance. In all cases we must receive full and cleared funds prior to dispatch of the products to you. 
In cases where the product’s correct price is less than the price stated on our website, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the products to you. However, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If the products’ correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. 
We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing (which include e-mail).
You may also be asked to provide evidence of identity and proof of address.
 

Reservation and Deposit

You can only reserve the watch if you express a clear commitment to purchase it and need additional time to arrange payment. It is also possible to reserve a watch prior to any kind of commitment at a fee of 5% of the total purchase price for a maximum of 3 weeks. In case if the reservation is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.

If after paying the initial deposit for the products we do not receive the balance payment in full and cleared funds within a reasonable time, namely 3 weeks after we receive the deposit payment from you, then we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the watch for sale on our website.

Shipping and Delivery Policy 

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders. We only use internationally recognised courier companies such as DHL, FedEx and UPS to ship our watch products. It takes 1 to 2 working days for order processing and 5 to 7 working days for the actual delivery. 

Shipment process starts once the payment has been cleared in full.

Chronobeat.co will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products that is caused by an event outside of our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the delivery of the products e.g. customer unavailability, change of address, customs or public holidays.

A signature will be required for receipt of our products by the purchaser providing relevant proof to verify their identity before the shipment will be released. Any parcel which has been damaged or tampered with should not be signed for and delivery should be refused. We will deliver the products to the delivery address given by you at the point of purchase. 

Risk in the products will pass to you on completion of delivery, though ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive payment (in full and cleared funds) of all sums due in respect of the products, including all delivery charges.

Customs duties and Import Taxes

When importing goods into your country, you may owe customs duties and import taxes. These are charged by the responsible customs authority and must be paid as soon as the item has reached its destination country. For more information, please contact your customs authority.  

The responsible customs authority charges any duties and taxes, which are due as soon as the item has reached its destination country. In most cases, you will pay any duties and taxes owed to the delivery service at the time of delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

You always have 14 calendar days since delivery has been confirmed to inspect the watch and understand if you love it or not. We will issue a full refund within 14 working days after the watch is safely returned to us in the very same condition and set of delivery. Unfortunately, initial shipping costs, importing fees (if such were incurred) and returning costs cannot be reimbursed. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment and shipping insurance costs.

Returns and Cancellations: (a) Faulty items

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the products delivered to you. Nevertheless, as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. 

You must inspect the products as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and must notify us of any defects in the products within 14 calendar days from the day after the date the products were delivered. Provided you notify us of any defects and return the defective product (complete with box and paperwork where applicable) within 14 calendar days after faulty product notification, on confirmation by us that the product is defective we will either replace your product on a like for like basis, repair your product or we will refund your payment in full usually within 14 working days of the defective product being returned to us.

If you buy more than one product from us as part of the same transaction, and only some of these products are defective, you may return the defective products and benefit from the same remedies as described above. However, this does not entitle you to reject other non-defective products.

Returns and Cancellations: (b) Our cancellation rights

We may have to cancel an order for products before the products are delivered, for example, due to an event outside our control or the unavailability of stock. We will promptly contact you if this happens. If we have to cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you.

Our right to vary these Terms and Conditions

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we agree to purchase your watch (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions).
